– Electricity, heating, water, and final cleaning
– Mid-week change of bed linens and pool towels

– Daily Continental buffet-style breakfast

– Regular maintenance of garden and pool
– Porter service upon arrival and departure
ADDITIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RENT
– Additional housekeeping services: €30 per hour
– Personal laundry services: €25 per hour
– Cooking services: exclusively provided by villa management and in-house staff
– Costs of groceries and beverages are not included
– NO Parking but private parking and Valet can be arranged
GUEST GUIDELINES:
– Tourist Tax: A tax mandated by the Italian government may apply, ranging from €1.50 to €6.00 per person per day, for the first ten days of stay. This tax is to be paid locally in cash.
– Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM; Check-out must be by 10:00 AM
– Damage Deposit: €2,000
– Please contact the host a day prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process
– Additional services reserved on-site must be settled before departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made
