ROOMS & INTERIORS:

First Floor: The villa features elegantly appointed bedrooms, each designed to provide comfort and relaxation. The rooms are adorned with traditional Amalfi Coast decor, offering a harmonious blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. Large windows and private balconies allow guests to enjoy breathtaking sea views and the gentle coastal breeze.​

Living Spaces: The open-plan living area is a welcoming space, featuring comfortable seating and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area provide the perfect setting for enjoying meals with family and friends. Natural light floods the interiors, highlighting the villa’s tasteful furnishings and attention to detail.​

EXTERIORS: PANORAMIC TERRACE

Step outside to discover a private oasis where the azure sea meets the sky. The villa’s expansive terrace offers a variety of seating areas, perfect for sunbathing, reading, or simply soaking in the stunning views. A shaded pergola provides a comfortable spot for al fresco dining, while the surrounding gardens add to the villa’s enchanting ambiance.​

INCLUDED WITH THE RENT:

– Electricity, heating, water, and final cleaning
– Daily housekeeping (5 hours)
– Mid-week change of bed linens and pool towels
– Daily change of bath towels
– Welcome refreshments and snacks
– Daily Continental buffet-style breakfast (excluding hot items)
– Wi-Fi internet
– Regular maintenance of garden and pool
– Porter service upon arrival and departure​

ADDITIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RENT:

– Additional housekeeping services: €20 per hour
– Personal laundry services: €25 per hour
– Cooking services: exclusively provided by villa management and in-house staff
– Costs of groceries and beverages
– Parking for one mid-size car: €220 per week​

GUEST GUIDELINES:

– Tourist Tax: A tax mandated by the Italian government may apply, ranging from €1.50 to €6.00 per person per day, for the first ten days of stay. This tax is to be paid locally in cash.
– Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM; Check-out must be by 10:00 AM
– Damage Deposit: €2,000
– Please contact the host a day prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process
– Additional services reserved on-site must be settled before departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made​
