Starting as a receptionist, Giovanna quickly rose through the ranks to become a sales manager at one of Bristol’s premier five-star hotels, managing over 200 rooms and orchestrating more than 50 check-ins daily.

Giovanna’s return to Italy marked a new chapter in her career, as she joined the ranks of two of the Amalfi Coast’s most iconic five-star hotels: The Sirenuse and Villa Franca. Her pursuit of global excellence then took her to Sydney, Australia, where she served as a travel coordinator at Prada’s head office, overseeing all business travel arrangements for the brand’s employees. Even in this high-profile role, Giovanna remained deeply connected to the hospitality industry, dedicating her weekends to working in Sydney’s finest five-star hotels.

Driven by a lifelong dream of entrepreneurship, Giovanna returned to her beloved Praiano and founded her own luxury travel agency, specializing in crafting bespoke experiences for discerning international clients. Her reputation for excellence quickly grew, and owners of the most exclusive villas on the Amalfi Coast began to seek her expertise to launch and manage their properties.
