Nestled in the charming town of Praiano, between Positano and Amalfi, Villa Bideri offers a serene retreat on the Amalfi Coast. Surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery, this luxurious villa provides an exclusive setting for unforgettable stays and events.​
Villa Bideri seamlessly blends traditional Amalfi architecture with modern comforts. The whitewashed exterior, adorned with arched windows and columns, reflects the region’s classic style. Inside, antique furnishings and contemporary amenities create a harmonious ambiance.

ROOMS & INTERIORS:

The villa spans multiple levels, featuring:​

• Main Floor: An elegant entrance hall with antique décor, a spacious living room with a fireplace, and a dining area with a large glass-topped table seating 12 guests.​
• Lower Level: Six queen-sized bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and French doors opening to a terrace.​
• Tower Suite: Accessible via an external staircase, this suite includes one double bedroom and one twin room, sharing a bathroom and offering panoramic views from a private balcony.

EXTERIORS:

Expansive terraces surround the villa, providing both shaded and sunlit areas for relaxation and dining. The sea-water swimming pool (18 x 5 meters) is set on a natural stone terrace, equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a fridge-bar. From here, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Li Galli islands.

RULES & NOTES

• Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
• Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside; please use designated smoking areas outside.
• Check-In: Guests are welcome to check in between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
• Linen replacement and cleaning: Included for stays that exceeds 6 nights.
• Private parking: Can be arranged, with extra cost.

Please contact the host: A day prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Additional services: Reserved on-site must be settled before departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

ADDITIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RENT:

• Late Arrival Fees: An additional fee of €30 applies for arrivals from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Arrivals from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM will incur a €50 fee. For arrivals from 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM, a €100 fee will be charged;
• Porter Service: Is recommended; prices may vary between €10 and €15 per piece of luggage;
• Tourist Tax: €1.50 per person per day, is not included in the price and must be paid upon check-in;
• Cleaning: Fee of €____ is not included in the rate;
• VAT: Included in the initial price.

Villa Bideri is ideally situated for exploring the Amalfi Coast. A short walk leads to the town center, local shops, and restaurants. The beach and sea are just 150 meters away, accessible via a charming footpath.
