ROOMS & INTERIORS:
First Floor:
- Queen bedroom with sea view, en-suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub and shower, and direct access to the terrace.
- Queen bedroom with sea view, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Twin/Queen bedroom with adjacent private bathroom with shower.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and hair dryers.
Living Spaces: The spacious living room boasts a decorative fireplace, dome ceiling, and large French doors that open onto a panoramic terrace. A colorful sofa, upholstered armchairs, and a dining alcove create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped galley kitchen caters to all your culinary needs.
EXTERIORS: PANORAMIC TERRACE
The villa’s terrace offers a lounge area with comfortable seating to enjoy the stunning sea views. An outdoor dining area is perfect for al fresco meals. On the side of the house, a private heated plunge pool provides a secluded spot for relaxation.
WEEKLY RATES:
From €6.430,00 per week
INCLUDED WITH THE RENT:
- Electricity, heating, water, and pool heating
- Mid-week housekeeping service with linen change
- Wi-Fi internet service
- Porter service upon arrival and departure.
ADDITIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RENT:
- Housekeeping service: €25 per hour
- Cook service (provided by villa management and in-house staff only)
- Cost of food and beverages
- Mandatory final cleaning fee: €200, to be paid locally in Euro cash
- Late arrival fee between 8 pm and 10 pm: €60
- Tourist Tax: Approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day (for the first ten days), payable locally in Euro cash.

- Check-in: Between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM
- No arrivals are accepted after 10:00 PM
