The first level welcomes you with a spacious double bedroom leading to balconies through French windows that frame the sea’s infinite blue. This floor also features a cozy living area equipped with a TV and a convertible sofa that doubles as an additional bed, a dedicated workspace, and a well-appointed bathroom.
Ascend to the second level where culinary magic awaits in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a quaint fireplace for added ambiance. Adjacent, floor-to-ceiling French doors open to the expansive main terrace—your private alfresco paradise, ideal for dining under the stars or lounging in the sun while absorbing the mesmerizing vistas.

Surrounding Villa Giada is a beautifully manicured garden adorned with vibrant, local flora, providing a tranquil backdrop to your stay. For your convenience and peace of mind, private parking is available on-site.

Please note that the rates provided are subject to change based on different periods and seasons. Therefore, it is always advisable to submit a request to inquire about the most current rates applicable, on this property a minimum stay of seven nights is NOT mandatory.

Events can also be hosted at the villa. However, for such occasions, it’s best to inquire about availability and specific details by making a request.

GUEST GUIDELINES:

– Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
– Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside; please use designated smoking areas outside.
– Check-In: Guests are welcome to check in between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM after this time a late check-in fee applies.
– Linen replacement and cleaning: One is Included for stays that exceeds 6 nights.
– Please contact the host a day prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.
– Additional services reserved on-site must be settled before departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

ADDITIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RENT:

– Tourist tax: Ranging from €1.50 to €3.00, depending on the property, is not included in the price and must be paid upon check-in.
– Late Arrival Fees: An additional fee of €50 applies for arrivals from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Arrivals from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM will incur a €80 fee. For arrivals from 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM, a €100 fee will be charged.
– Food shopping can be provided at the cost of 50 euro pre-stocking fee

From this quaint plaza, a leisurely five-minute walk takes you to the historic Church of Constantinopoli. Venture further along a quaint street to reach Piazza San Luca, and descend the steps to arrive back at La Moressa. This route offers a truly authentic experience of Praiano, showcasing its beautiful vistas and the rustic charm of its less-traveled paths. Whether by car or on foot, Casa Allegra is ideally positioned for guests to immerse themselves in the unique allure of the Amalfi Coast, making every visit a memorable adventure in one of Italy’s most enchanting locations.
