ROOMS & INTERIORS:

First Floor: The villa features two bright, minimalist double bedrooms with sea views and direct access to the panoramic terrace. Each room is tastefully furnished and comes with air conditioning, ample closet space, and adjacent private bathrooms.

Living Spaces: A sleek open-plan living room connects seamlessly with the outdoor terrace, featuring a cozy sofa area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space for six. Clean lines, natural textures, and floor-to-ceiling windows blur the line between indoor comfort and outdoor beauty.

EXTERIORS: PANORAMIC TERRACE

The highlight of Villa Greta is the spectacular sea-facing terrace. An outdoor dining area, shaded by a bamboo pergola, invites guests to long, relaxed meals under the sun or stars. Sun loungers, lemon trees, and the endless blue horizon set the scene for your private Amalfi escape.

INCLUDED WITH THE RENT:

– Electricity, heating, water, and final cleaning
– Daily housekeeping (up to 5 hours)
– Mid-week change of bed linens and pool towels
– Daily change of bath towels
– Welcome refreshments and snacks
– Daily Continental breakfast (buffet-style, excludes hot items)
– Wi-Fi internet
– Maintenance of garden and terrace
– Porter service upon arrival and departure

ADDITIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RENT:

– Extra housekeeping services: €20/hour
– Laundry service: €25/hour
– Private chef or cooking services (villa staff only)
– Cost of groceries and beverages
– Parking for one mid-size car: €220/week

GUEST GUIDELINES:

– Tourist Tax: €1.50 to €6.00 per person/day (for the first 10 days), to be paid locally in cash
– Check-in: Between 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM | Check-out: By 10:00 AM
– Damage Deposit: €2,000
– Please contact the host at least one day before arrival to arrange check-in
– All on-site additional services must be settled prior to departure unless otherwise agreed
