Originally part of a medieval watchtower complex, the villa now serves as a modern sanctuary that honors its past while offering every contemporary comfort.

Designed with a respect for simplicity and local craftsmanship, Villa Melfi features:
– Three sea-view bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and direct terrace access
– Vaulted ceilings, exposed stonework, and curated artisan furnishings
– Two fully equipped kitchenettes, each with induction hobs, refrigerators, coffee stations, and ice makers
– Washing machine and dryer for guest use
– High-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout

The interiors are calm and sophisticated, with neutral tones and natural textures that reflect the quiet elegance of the coast.

EXTERIORS:

Surrounded by citrus trees and lush greenery, the villa’s panoramic terraces and gardens are made for relaxation. WEEKLY RATES:

Starting from € 9.000,00 per week

INCLUDED WITH THE RENT:

• Electricity, water, air conditioning, and final cleaning
• Daily housekeeping (8 hours/day)
• Towel and linen change twice per week
• Wi-Fi and full use of laundry facilities
• Garden upkeep
• Welcome refreshments on arrival
• Daily continental breakfast
• Concierge support (8 hours/day, available by phone for bookings and check-in coordination)
• Porter service on arrival and departure (up to 20 pieces of luggage)
