First Floor: A queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a chromo-aroma therapy shower; another queen bedroom features a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower; the third queen bedroom boasts a private, furnished terrace with sea views and an en-suite bathroom with a double shower, accessible via a few steps.

Living Spaces: Lower Floor: The wellness spa indoors offers a temperature-controlled pool complete with chromo-therapy, hydro-massage, and a cascading waterfall—an unforgettable indulgence.

Ground Floor: The charm of Villa Porpora is enhanced by its ceramic white tiles, hand-painted frescoes, and bespoke lighting. The expansive living room is adorned with stylish sofas and plush armchairs, featuring a unique glass tile overlooking the indoor spa. The state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and includes a comfortable dining area for delightful meals.

Electricity, heating, water, and final cleaning.
Daily housekeeping for 5 hours (from 7:30/8:00 AM to 1:00/2:00 PM).
Linen change for beds and pool towels mid-week (Wednesday).
Bath towels changed daily.
Welcome refreshments and snacks.
Daily buffet-style Continental breakfast (excludes hot dishes).
Wi-Fi internet access.
Regular maintenance of garden and pool.
Porter service upon arrival and departure.

ADDITIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RENT
Additional housekeeping services: €20 per hour.
Personal laundry services: €25 per hour.
Cooking services – exclusively provided by villa management and in-house staff, no external suppliers.
Costs of groceries and beverages.
Parking for one mid-size car: €220 per week.

GUEST GUIDELINES:
Damage Deposit: €2,000.
tourist Tax: A tax mandated by the Italian government may apply, ranging from €1.50 to €6.00 per person per day, for the first ten days of stay. This tax is to be paid locally in cash.
Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM; Check-out must be by 10:00 AM.

Please contact the host: A day prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Additional services: Reserved on-site must be settled before departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
