THE VILLA:

Villa Rea is a spacious and peaceful retreat located at the edge of Praiano, offering a serene escape just above the main coastal road. Access is easy with only 40 steps from the street and includes the convenience of private on-site parking — a rare luxury on the Amalfi Coast.

This villa combines rustic charm with luxurious details: traditional cotto tiles, charming chandeliers, and a colorful Mediterranean style throughout. Ideal for families or small groups, Villa Rea comfortably accommodates 6 guests (maximum 7 with the small additional room).

ROOMS & INTERIORS:

Upon entering the property, you’ll find a self-contained bedroom directly in front of you with its own private entrance, perfect for guests seeking a bit of privacy.

Inside the villa, the main level features a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. A few steps lead up to the sleeping quarters, which include:
– 2 double bedrooms
– 1 twin bedroom
– 2 shared bathrooms located along the hallway
– 1 small single room, ideal for a young adult, with its own tiny terrace

The layout is both comfortable and functional, offering space for everyone to relax.

EXTERIORS:

Villa Rea boasts four separate garden terraces, each designed for outdoor relaxation. The first garden, just up a few steps from the entrance, includes sun loungers, a dining table with chairs, and a lovely outdoor jacuzzi — perfect for soaking up the view.
Each terrace offers a private corner to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the beauty of the coast.

WEEKLY RATES:

– From: January 4, 2025 To: April 18, 2025 – €3.500,00
– From: April 19, 2025 To: June 6, 2025 – €4.200,00
– From: June 7, 2025 To: August 1, 2025 – €5.000,00
– From: August 2, 2025 To: October 10, 2025 – €4.200,00
– From: October 11, 2025 To: January 3, 2026 – €3.500,00

INCLUDED WITH THE RENT:

– Electricity, heating, water, and final cleaning
– Welcome refreshments and snacks
– Wi-Fi internet access
– Regular maintenance of garden and pool
– Parking
– In-person check-in
– Outdoor Jacuzzi

ADDITIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RENT

– Additional housekeeping services: €30 per hour
– Personal laundry services: €25 per hour
– Cooking services: exclusively provided by villa management and in-house staff, no external suppliers
– Costs of groceries and beverages
– Porters for luggages: €10 per piece

GUEST GUIDELINES:

– Tourist Tax: A tax mandated by the Italian government may apply, ranging from €1.50 to €6.00 per person per day, for the first ten days of stay. This tax is to be paid locally in cash
– Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM; Check-out must be by 10:00 AM
– Damage Deposit: €500
– Sleeps 6 guests comfortably; 7 max (with the small single room)
– No pets allowed
– No parties or events
– Quiet hours after 10 PM

LOCATION: AREA OVERVIEW

Situated at the quiet end of Praiano, Villa Rea offers a tranquil setting just off the main SS163 road. While secluded, it’s still well-connected — we recommend exploring the area by taxi or scooter for convenience. For the more active, a series of internal steps will take you down into the town center for shops, restaurants, and the sea.
