TERMS & CONDITIONS DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm and guarantee the booking. Payment can be made via wire transfer or credit card. The final payment is due 60 days before the arrival date, using the same payment methods. PAYMENT DETAILS: Payment details for the deposit and final payment will be sent to the client upon reservation confirmation. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit is requested upon check-in at the property. This will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be communicated in writing. If cancellation occurs after 60 days before arrival and any payment beyond the initial deposit has been made, these additional payments are non-refundable. No-shows will not receive any refund. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Tourist tax and other services are not included in the booking price. Clients should review the list of services included and excluded from their booking carefully.
