Villa Rosantica is a captivating two-level villa nestled within a stunning terraced garden offering panoramic views. Positioned just below 30 steps from the coastal road and approximately 1.5 miles from the heart of Positano, this villa underwent a complete renovation in 2017. The redesign marries refined elegance with modern comfort and facilities. Encircled by ancient olive and lemon groves, Villa Rosantica showcases a coastal aesthetic with a calming palette of white and blue, Mediterranean-colored glazed tiles, and exquisite Neapolitan terracotta flooring. These floors, with their distinctive salmon shade, are made from local clay, adding unique charm. Queen bedroom with direct access to a panoramic balcony, satellite TV, and a shared bathroom with a shower.
Another queen bedroom also with direct access to a panoramic balcony, satellite TV, and access to the shared bathroom with a shower.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and all bathrooms include hair dryers.

Ground Floor:
The living area is both spacious and stylish, featuring an open-plan design with distinct dining and sitting areas. It’s the perfect retreat for indoor relaxation, reading during the warm summer days, or enjoying your favorite program on the large smart TV. In cooler months, the fireplace adds a cozy touch, complemented by comfortable sofas. Two arched French doors lead from this exquisite space to the main panoramic terrace. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped, modern kitchen—ideal for self-catering or for a private chef to prepare local culinary delights. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom on this floor, complete with a washing machine for your convenience.

EXTERIORS: PANORAMIC TERRACE
Experience dining al fresco under elegant shades at a stunning handcrafted wrought-iron table, accommodating up to 8 guests. The terrace provides a serene ambiance, perfect for unwinding. Here, every element invites relaxation whether you’re lounging in the open, soaking in the hot tub, dipping in the plunge pool, or simply admiring the breathtaking expanse of the open sea view.
