Villa Madonna di Costantinopoli

Villa Madonna di Costantinopoli is a bright historic villa on a hill in Praiano, surrounded by lemon groves and olive trees, with panoramic views over the sea. It spreads over more than 500 m² on several levels and combines historic elegance with modern comfort.

There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor are two living rooms: the first with high vaulted ceilings, original handmade terracotta floors, classic furnishings, antique pieces and a stone fireplace; the second with long sofas and two large windows over the sea and the Li Galli islands. A fully equipped kitchen and a dining table complete this level, and thirteen steps lead up to a mezzanine with a queen-size bed and a single bed, opening onto the pool area.

Five terraces overlook the coast: one of 20 m² reached from the living room; two of 40 m² shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and lemon groves, with seating areas, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a built-in barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven; one of 50 m² reached from the third and fourth bedrooms, with an 18th-century Neapolitan majolica bench built into the structure; and a 15 m² solarium with a glass wall and sun loungers.

The private pool measures 2.5 x 7 m, with depths from 20 cm to 1.6 m, and has a jacuzzi corner.
